Eligible commission levels are connected to the affiliate's qualifying relationship with SDEFX University™. Commission rates may vary throughout the year while remaining within the published range associated with each eligible level.

Designed for approved affiliates who are not currently enrolled in an eligible SDEFX University™ Legacy Membership.

TRADER LEGACY™

Affiliate

10–15% COMMISSION RANGE

Approved Trader Legacy™ members may qualify for commission rates within the published Trader Legacy™ affiliate range.

EXECUTIVE LEGACY™

Affiliate

20–30% COMMISSION RANGE

Approved Executive Legacy™ members may qualify for commission rates within the published Executive Legacy™ affiliate range.

PRESIDENTIAL LEGACY™

Affiliate

30–50% COMMISSION RANGE

Approved Presidential Legacy™ members may qualify for the highest published SDEFX University™ affiliate commission range.

Commission percentages apply only to eligible referred transactions under the current SDEFX University™ Affiliate Program terms. Approval, qualifying membership status, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations and other program conditions may affect commissions. Participation does not guarantee referrals, sales, commissions or earnings.

An SDEFX University™ affiliate represents more than a product. Affiliates represent the standards, philosophy and educational positioning associated with the SDEFX University™ brand.

PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATION Promote SDEFX University™ in a manner consistent with the professional standards of the brand.
ACCURATE MESSAGING Avoid misleading representations, exaggerated claims or promises regarding trading outcomes.
APPROVED PROMOTION Use disclosed and approved promotional channels and follow applicable SDEFX University™ affiliate guidelines.
LONG-TERM ALIGNMENT The program is designed for affiliates interested in building a professional relationship with the SDEFX™ ecosystem.

Do I have to be an SDEFX University™ member to apply?

No. Approved non-members may participate in the Affiliate Program at the applicable non-member commission level.

How are affiliate commission rates determined?

Commission eligibility is based on the affiliate's qualifying level within the SDEFX University™ Affiliate Program. Published ranges may vary by eligible membership level.

Can commission rates change?

Yes. Commission rates may vary throughout the year during promotional periods, special campaigns, product launches or other designated periods. Applicable rates remain within the published range associated with the affiliate's qualifying level unless otherwise expressly stated by SDEFX University™.

Can I promote SDEFX University™ on social media?

Approved affiliates may use approved promotional channels, including applicable social media platforms, websites, email audiences and communities, subject to program guidelines.

Does submitting an application guarantee acceptance?

No. Every application is reviewed. Submission of an Affiliate Application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

Are affiliate earnings guaranteed?

No. Approval to participate in the SDEFX University™ Affiliate Program does not guarantee referrals, sales, commissions or earnings. Commission eligibility remains subject to the applicable program terms and qualifying referred transactions.

What happens after my application is submitted?

Your application will be reviewed by SDEFX University™. If approved, you will receive additional information regarding onboarding and the next steps for participating in the Affiliate Program.
