Acceptance Of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of websites, products, memberships, communities, training, Signals With Guidance™, webinars, events, recordings, downloads, and other services offered by SDEFX University™, So Darn Easy Forex, and their related operations.
If you do not agree, do not access, purchase, enroll in, or use the services. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Offer-specific terms, checkout disclosures, order confirmations, and written membership descriptions are incorporated into these Terms. If a direct conflict exists, the more specific written offer term generally controls for that purchase, except where prohibited by law.
Eligibility And Capacity
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing trading education and related services is lawful where you live.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete enrollment, account, and payment information and to keep it updated. We may refuse or cancel access if information is materially false, incomplete, fraudulent, or unauthorized.
Educational Purpose Only
SDEFX University™ provides education and information. The Trading Framework™, Signals With Guidance™, Defensive Trading Playbook™, 1 Trade Away Mastermind™, market breakdowns, examples, levels, commentary, and all other materials are not individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice.
We are not your broker, financial advisor, investment advisor, commodity trading advisor, dealer, tax advisor, attorney, or fiduciary. We do not control your brokerage account or execute trades for you.
Trading Risk And Personal Responsibility
Trading financial markets involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for you. Leverage can amplify losses, and you may lose some, all, or more than deposited funds depending on the instrument, broker, and applicable account terms.
You are solely responsible for every decision to enter, exit, hold, modify, copy, or avoid a trade and for your broker selection, position sizing, risk limits, account security, and compliance obligations.

Monthly Cohorts And Five-Day Open Enrollment
Legacy Memberships may be offered through scheduled monthly cohorts. Open Enrollment generally remains available for five days and closes Sunday at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time unless the specific offer states otherwise.
Enrollment must be completed, including successful payment, before the stated deadline. Individuals who miss the deadline may be required to wait for the next scheduled opening. We are not responsible for incomplete transactions, declined payments, abandoned checkouts, incorrect time-zone assumptions, or technical issues outside our reasonable control.
We may modify future enrollment dates, cohort dates, capacity, or availability. A change to a future opening does not alter a cohort already confirmed in writing.
Membership Access And Delivery
After successful purchase and any required verification, members may receive access to training, the Member’s Area, Private Boardroom, communities, recordings, or other resources included with their offer.
Training access may begin before the assigned cohort. Early access does not change the assigned cohort date or start the Point Guarantee™ early. Features, schedules, instructors, platforms, community channels, or delivery methods may change when reasonably necessary, provided the core purchased service is not materially eliminated without an appropriate remedy.
Access is personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, and subject to account standing and these Terms.
Point Guarantee™ Terms
When expressly included at purchase, qualifying Legacy Memberships may receive the following one-time Point Guarantee™:
- Trader Legacy™: 1,000 qualifying setup-opportunity points.
- Executive Legacy™: 2,500 qualifying setup-opportunity points.
- Presidential Legacy™: 3,500 qualifying setup-opportunity points.
The guarantee begins on the member’s assigned monthly cohort start date and continues for thirty (30) days. It measures qualifying and verifiable setup opportunities delivered through Signals With Guidance™, not profits, returns, account growth, points personally captured, winning trades, fills, or execution.
The guarantee is available only for the initial assigned cohort. It does not renew, repeat, reset, or restart with monthly payments, lifetime access, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, reactivations, later purchases, or future memberships.
A refund review must be requested within seventy-two (72) hours after the assigned 30-day cohort ends. Complete eligibility and verification rules appear in the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Pricing, Billing, Subscriptions, And Payment Plans
You agree to pay the price, taxes, and charges displayed at checkout. Prices and future offers may change without notice, but a change will not retroactively alter a completed purchase unless agreed in writing.
Monthly Subscriptions
A monthly membership renews automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. By enrolling, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method on file.
Lifetime Access
“Lifetime” refers to access for the operational life of the purchased program or service, not the purchaser’s natural life and not a promise that any platform, feature, community, or service will exist indefinitely. Reasonable substitutions may be used if a platform changes.
Payment Plans
A payment plan divides a total purchase obligation into installments. It is not a cancellable monthly subscription unless explicitly described that way. You remain responsible for all installments after access is provided, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy.
Subscription Cancellation
To prevent the next recurring charge, cancel before the scheduled billing date. PayPal subscriptions should be canceled through the purchaser’s PayPal account. Credit- or debit-card cancellation requests may be sent to support@sodarneasyforex.com.
Cancellation stops future subscription billing but does not automatically create a refund for a processed charge, forgive payment-plan installments, or create a new Point Guarantee™.
Access after cancellation may end immediately or at the end of the paid billing period according to the offer, payment status, and platform settings.
Failed Payments And Account Standing
A failed, reversed, disputed, overdue, or unauthorized payment may result in immediate suspension of access. We may retry a payment as permitted by the payment authorization and applicable law.
SDEFX University™ may, in its discretion, allow up to five days to cure a failed subscription payment. A cure period is not the five-day Open Enrollment window and does not extend enrollment, reserve a future cohort, or restart the Point Guarantee™.
If access is terminated for nonpayment, return may require payment of outstanding balances and re-enrollment at the then-current price during an available enrollment period.
Account Approval And Verification
To protect against fraud and misapplied access, we may require an enrollment email, payment receipt or invoice, identity confirmation, or other reasonable proof before approving an account.
Delays caused by missing, inaccurate, or unverifiable information are the purchaser’s responsibility. Verification information will be handled under the Privacy Policy.
Account Security And No Sharing
You must keep credentials confidential and use the services only through your own account. Sharing passwords, links, files, recordings, community access, or member-only material is prohibited.
We may use login, device, access, and IP-related information to investigate unauthorized sharing or security concerns. Unusual login activity does not automatically establish a violation, but we may temporarily restrict access while reviewing it.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use. Contact support immediately if credentials may be compromised.
Intellectual Property And Limited License
All content, systems, names, marks, designs, videos, audio, written materials, strategies, frameworks, signals, graphics, downloads, community communications, and training materials are owned by or licensed to SDEFX University™ and protected by intellectual-property law.
Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access purchased materials for your own educational use. You may not copy, reproduce, record, publish, sell, sublicense, distribute, scrape, translate, create derivative products from, publicly display, or use materials to train or operate a competing service without written permission.
SDEFX University™, Signals With Guidance™, Trading Framework™, Point Guarantee™, Trader Legacy™, Executive Legacy™, Presidential Legacy™, and related names and marks may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, ownership, or affiliation without permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Share, resell, distribute, record, or misuse protected content or access.
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, defame, impersonate, exploit, or endanger another person.
- Interfere with training, communities, websites, accounts, security, or business operations.
- Submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or bypass controls.
- Misrepresent results, communications, affiliation, credentials, or the nature of our services.
- Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or commercially competing purposes.
Nothing in these Terms prohibits lawful, truthful, good-faith reviews, reports to regulators, legally protected speech, or other activity that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Right To Suspend, Remove, Or Terminate
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when we reasonably determine that conduct violates these Terms, threatens people or systems, disrupts the educational environment, compromises intellectual property, involves fraud or nonpayment, or harms legitimate business or community interests.
Immediate action may be taken without advance notice when reasonably necessary to protect safety, security, operations, content, or other users. Where appropriate, we may investigate and allow an opportunity to respond.
Termination does not erase accrued payment obligations, intellectual-property restrictions, confidentiality duties, dispute records, or provisions intended to survive termination. Refund eligibility remains governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Membership Upgrades And Returning Members
A current member requesting an upgrade within fourteen (14) days after initial enrollment may be eligible to pay the then-applicable difference between membership levels. Upgrades require support approval and may depend on account standing, offer availability, and payment method.
An upgrade does not restart, extend, or create a second Point Guarantee™. Any applicable guarantee remains tied to the original assigned cohort, with records adjusted only as expressly confirmed in writing.
Members who cancel, lapse, or are removed and later return may be required to enroll during an available Open Enrollment window and pay the then-current full price.
Site Functionality, Maintenance, And Changes
We may maintain, update, replace, or modify sites, platforms, modules, schedules, communities, instructors, or delivery methods. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
When a member platform is unavailable for more than twenty-four consecutive hours because of a material issue within our reasonable control, we may provide an appropriate access extension or substitute delivery method. Any extension applies to access only and does not extend a Point Guarantee™ cohort unless we expressly confirm that in writing.
We are not responsible for outages or delays caused by internet providers, payment processors, community platforms, video hosts, force majeure events, or other third parties outside our reasonable control.
Third-Party Platforms, Brokers, And Links
Services may rely on third-party payment, hosting, video, webinar, email, messaging, analytics, community, or course platforms. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.
Broker references, links, or educational discussions do not constitute a guarantee, endorsement of suitability, or responsibility for the broker’s registration, solvency, execution, pricing, fees, or conduct. You must perform your own due diligence.
User Submissions, Testimonials, And Community Content
You retain ownership of original content you submit. When you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, screenshot, video, trade result, or other promotional submission and authorize its use, you grant SDEFX University™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit for length or formatting without changing meaning, publish, display, and distribute it for lawful business and promotional purposes.
You represent that submitted content is accurate, that you have permission to provide it, and that it does not infringe another person’s rights or expose confidential information. We may remove community content that violates these Terms.
Privacy And Electronic Communications
Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal information and is incorporated into these Terms.
You consent to receive transactional communications electronically, including receipts, access instructions, cohort notices, billing messages, policy updates, and service communications. Marketing communications are governed by applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
Disclaimers Of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, services and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and results.
We do not warrant that content will be error-free, that every setup will succeed, that a member will understand or use the material effectively, or that services will produce any financial, educational, professional, or personal outcome.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation Of Liability And Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SDEFX University™, So Darn Easy Forex, Yusef Scott, and their owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, representatives, and providers will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the services, content, third parties, or your decisions.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability arising from a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event, unless applicable law requires a different remedy.
You agree to defend and indemnify the covered parties from third-party claims arising from your unlawful conduct, infringement, unauthorized distribution, account misuse, or material violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by a covered party’s own unlawful conduct.
Governing Law And Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact support@sodarneasyforex.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, exclusive venue will lie in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, unless applicable law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.
Nothing here prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, security, or safety.
General Contract Terms
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign or transfer your rights or account without written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, financing, sale, merger, or transfer of business operations.
These Terms, incorporated policies, offer-specific written terms, and checkout disclosures form the entire agreement concerning the services and replace prior discussions on the same subject.
Sections concerning risk, payment obligations, intellectual property, user content, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions intended by their nature to survive will remain effective after cancellation or termination.
Changes And Contact Information
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, services, platforms, or business practices. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and will apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.
